“Hi, I have a problem with my USB adapter and my computer can not detect it. It wasn't always like this but then it just happened. My headphones work if I don't put the USB adapter but it still isn't being detected by my computer. Please help.”

• Had similar issues, ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, unplugging everything from tower and plugging back in. worked afterwards
