is the g502 hero better than the g502 x null

I feel like it is the superior mouse over the G502X but everyone is different. All I can say is that I do not regret my purchase.

G502x offers more customization features than the G502. But you pay more for those features. Also, it can be used wired or wireless where as the Hero is wired only. Most serious gamers only want to game with a wired mouse. But you can do that with both models. I own the G502x & I love it. But I have to use a wireless mouse in my current setup, so I was stuck with that choice.

The G502X is the updated version of the G502 Hero. The G502X has lower latency and the same number of tunable buttons, but lacks RGB lighting and tuneable weight.

If you prefer a wired mouse, without the hassle of battery power, and added latency of wireless communication, you would prefer the G502 Hero
