• No, I have both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz wifi signal and I have no issues to the headset or to my wifi internet signal from the router.

• 2.4 ghz is the frequency on both but they have different channels and technology to deliver and receive the signal. Because one is Bluetooth and the other is Wifi they won't interfere because they operate on different channels. I have this mouse and my wifi is never impacted by the Bluetooth signal and my mouse is never impacted by my wifi. Over 2 years of use without a problem. Another thing you can try is getting your wifi on 5.0 ghz which is just faster and better.
