Yes it is. You can connect 2 ways. Either through the Lightspeed module which just needs an open USB-A port on your PC or if your PC supports bluetooth you can connect through that. Hope this helps!

Yes, as long as it is not a laptop... You cannot enter a boot password as the keyboard will not be active until the OS is loaded.
