does it work on roku3 and 4? ? null

I do not have a Roku but... This unit has usb input as well as an analog input that works on phones, tablets and music players. I have looked at the Roku and can't see any reason why it won't.

If it has a 3.5mm headphone jack then yes.

Works on PC / PS4 with surround sound. And stereo sound for anything with a 3.5mm jack. Like your phone,Xbox one Nintendo switch.

If you have the roku remote with an aux out port then yes.
