Hello JL! The G733 LIGHTSPEED Wireless DTS Headphone:X v2.0 Gaming Headset will connect to a Surface Pro 7 laptop yes (by connecting the USB LIGHTSPEED wireless receiver), but won't work on Galaxy OS no. Note that his headset does not features Bluetooth connectivity, it needs the USB receiver to be plugged in.

Please try again later.I am not an expert or product rep or anything but I do own these headphone and the product comes with a usb that you plug into the computer and it connects to that. So I don't think it could connect to your galaxy, but yes to your laptop if it has a usb port.
