This could come from wireless interference or loose connection. I'd first try resetting the headset by turning it off and on, and make sure the USB dongle is firmly connected. If it keeps happening, updating the firmware via Logitech's app or support page might help. If not, it could be a defective unit, so I'd refit out to their support. If done in a timely manner they will have you ship them up and repair them for you or sometimes they replace it for you if unrepairable.
