• These do turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity. You should be anle to get new oads from the manufacturer

• Hello, the G733 will turn off on it's own if there is no signal being sent from the USB dongle. Replacement ear pads are not currently for sale but if you need a warranty claim for defective earpads you can contact our support team here: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us
