“The Microphone works just fine in Google Suite when using the FireFox browser. However, I just started a new remote job and cannot get the mic to work through Microsoft Teams or even in the general settings. Any help would be appreciated.”

• Have you tried selecting your headphones in the mic/audio settings on teams and choosing the headset for both? And checking your Bluetooth settings when you're in teams to double check that you computer is selecting your headphones for audio/mic?
