They’re very comfortable. I wear them with glasses for 4+ hours at a time and don’t have any pain around my ears or the top of my head. I don’t feel like my head is being crushed when wearing them. They are flexible, durable, and not overly heavy feeling. They’re on the tightest setting since I have a small head, the clamping force is perfect, no pain. Hope this helps!
