• I think you can create the onboard RGB profile from another computer with the software installed and save it to the keyboard itself.

• If you don't have admin privileges you won't be able to install the G Hub software probably. Contact your IT department and see if you can sweet talk them into it. Tell them it will have driver updates or something or security updates.
