Is this keyboard compatible with Xbox 1s? null

yes. usb keyboard. May I have access to app on computer though to configure lighting. You can set the lighting configurations how you want to the memory in the keyboard so it should work after that how you want it.

Unfortunately, this wouldn't be the best option for gaming on an Xbox 1. Our wired keyboards would be best and only with games that enable KBM use. If you're wanting a TKL option, than Logitech's Pro and Pro X would be great options.
