“How do you latch the steering wheel onto a table? I can't get the clamps to open up”

• There's 2 nobs on the wheel base, twist them until the clamp comes and just twist in the opposite direction until it's firmly on the table

• Rotate the knobs under the wheel to open the clamps, position on the table, then tighten.
