“I just installed my G923 but as soon as i move anything on the wheel the mouse stops working and i cant get the shifter to work. Everything is new. Is there a step by step procedure to install it.”

Its a plug and play..u may have to go to YouTube for answers like i did. My shifter didn’t work as well, after trying two shifters. I had to return the wheel for a replacement. I haven't received my new wheel yet hope it works for me when i receive it.
