• Hello Mauricio, unfortunately Best Buy doesn't carry the replacement receivers, so you'll have to go to LogitechG.com to order one, the sku number is 993-001113. You can also try calling customer service and they can ship you one as well: 646-454-3200.

• Thank you to the previous responder! I just called Logitech Support at the number provided (646-454-3200) and they were VERY helpful. They are sending me out a replacement receiver/dongle at no charge. great customer service by Logitech.
