• This is not wireless, it requires a USB port for plug in, should work.

• If you have one of the new Macbook Airs, with the new Thunderbolt 3, or USB-C, ports, then you will need a USB-C to USB-A adapter. If you have an older MacBook Air, then you should already have USB-A and can plug the cable in directly without an adapter.
