Yes and yes!!! Its great for work at home jobs. Its has excellent sound and noise cancelling quality. Available online and in store.

First off, Yes Rahel this headset is noise cancelling and can be purchased directly in store. I was very impressed with how comfortable it was as well as the quality of sound as the price was more than reasonable. :-)
