Not sure. The headphones plug into a standard usb port. The Fire 10 has a usb - c connection so possibly using a standard usb to usb converter would enable you to make the connection. However I don't know whether the Fire 10 software will recognize that the headphones are connected. You might be better to get a headphone set that plugs into the headphone jack.
