No you cannot do it. I tried everything to turn it off and it don't...

When muting your H390 USB Headset with Noise-Cancelling Microphone, you should normally be able to still hear with it, just not speak to the mic. I would probably check your audio settings by clicking the speaker icon at the bottom right of your screen, and then "Sounds", then "Playback". A solution for your problem would be, in a similar way, clicking the speaker icon, then Sound -> Recording -> Logitech H390 -> Properties -> Listen tab and uncheck "Listen to this device" if you want o always use a separate mic.
