“For some reason I can’t speak in the microphone does it have to be charged before I can use it. I can hear the person but can’t speak. Please help. There is a red light blinking”

• No charging required. You probably have to change the settings on your computer and select the microphone (in the settings).

• You may need to change the settings on your computer to make sure that your input device is set to the H390's microphone. If you're using PC and Windows 10, go to your taskbar and right click the speaker icon > open sound settings > choose your input device. If the microphone is already set to your H390, make sure that you're not muted on the in-line control button. Hope that this helped. - Richard from Logitech
