Hey! Make sure your headset is selected as the audio-input device for your computer. Ensure that your headset is selected as the input device in your chat application settings. Adjust the microphone volume on your computer or chat application. Verify that the microphone isn't set to ""Mute"" in either your operating system's audio settings or chat application.
