“I am trying to use the H800 headset with Bluetooth. When trying to pair it does not show on the pairing list. For the longest time it worked but after upgrading my windows 10 on my Surface 4 it no longer sees the device. Any thoughts?”

On your surface pro 4, go to 1. Settings. 2. Bluetooth and other devices 3. Under Bluetooth, slide the button to "ON" 4. At the top, under "Add Bluetooth and Devices," click on the plus sign. 5. Choose the "Bluetooth" devices. At this point it will try to discover. 6. Follow the steps on this link: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/article/26700?product=a0qi00000069v00AAA 7. It should discover it as "H800 Logitech Headset" 8. Click on to pair it. 9. Once it is paired, on the same setting screen, under "Audio" you should see the logitech h800 headst. Hope that helps. Keep the USB dongle in the headphone so you will not loose it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may need to re-pair the headset to your laptop. Once it is paired the first time, it needs to be set to pairing mode to make it visible again. Turn the headset on while holding the track skip button up toward the top of the headset.

Please try again later.I had a similar problem when I first got them but but if you go online and ask that question there is a way that fixes it it's some update and I don't remember it right now but it can be fixed just do a quick search on the problem include its the h800
