• Yes, I use it with five9 everyday! Shows up on mine! (Also in five 9 change the headset mode in the drop down before you confirm…),after it’s paired.It has a dongle .. make sure you pair it correctly.

If you connect the Headset to your PC and it's working properly with other apps like Zoom, Teams, GoToMeetings, etc., but it isn't detected by your five9 platform, it may not work with that one unfortunately.
