“I can't get my headset to work with skype, any suggestions. If I use it with my phone bluetooth does that mean I can't use it with skype.”

Switch the switch from center when connected to phone to top which will allow you to Skype on laptop .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You probably need to go into your settings and make sure the headset is set as your audio input device. Not sure if you're on Windows or a Mac so can't give you the exact process. Just Google it. You can have your phone paired to the headset abd the receiver but you can't use them at the same time. There's a switch on the headset you have to flip to go between them.
