Are you using the USB plug that came with the headphones, Bluetooth, or another Logitech USB plug that came with a keyboard or mouse? If you are using a plug that came with a keyboard or mouse, you will have to use the headset USB plug in addition to the keyboard or mouse one. The advertising is misleading, but headphones cannot be one of the several devices that can share the a USB plug with other Logitech items. Hope this helps, I had the same issue and it took me about an hour to figure it out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Please set the headset to Bluetooth and then back to USB and apply pressure to the answer button until the lights flash. This will allow you to reset the headset, once the USB plug is in the pc it will start downloading the software. If not just keep the plug in the computer and restart it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have additional Logitech products, but I found that I had to use the the Wireless antenna that came with my head set in order for my headphones to function properly. This appeared NOT to interfere with each other as it seamed every body was happy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I read online when my set stopped functioning correctly that if you slide the side button to "Next" while holding down the Volume + button, the green light will flash quickly. At that point, retry the pairing. If that doesn't work, I suggest returning the product, as I had to do. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.make sure that you only have one bluetooth device active while pairing or it will cause issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you sync the headset first before connecting?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! There are two possibilities, one of them could be related to the Bluetooth radio on your computer, which may not be configured to allow pairing with other devices. The other possibility is that you've already paired the bluetooth headset with another device, in which case the pairing procedure varies a little. Check the box for the instructions sheet. @JerryZaz on Twitter
