“I recently got the headset. I can talk on this headset and it works pretty well. My only issue is I am not able to answer calls directly from the headset? Is there a way to fix this or a program that may need to be downloaded?”

Hello, You should be able to answer calls by using the answer call/play button on the right ear cup. Also be sure that your microphone is flipped down. Although you can be paired to up to 7 devices via Bluetooth, you can only use one at a time.
