Their is a switch that you toggle to connect between 2 devices. So yes you can be connect to both however only one conversion at a time.

However they have a switch on the right ear that you toggle between the Bluetooth USB dongle and another wireless device. In short, you can connect to one device at a time between two devices on demand by the toggle switch.
