Hello Bruce. I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble with the H800 headset. Are you trying to use Bluetooth with both your phone and PC? If you are, try using the USB receiver with the PC. This will give you 2 separate connections, that way you won't have to disconnect your phone's Bluetooth to use your computer.
