“Will this control a tcl Roku tv. I use the spectrum app and would rather just punch in the channel #'s than scroll through all the channels to get from one to another.”

Logitech's website has a list of al the TVs . I would think it would control both the TV and the ROKU Everything that has IR control works. FireTV doesn’t.
