You can go to the Logitec Harmony support site and search to see if your FIOS box is compatible.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work with Fios box. I have Fios and works great. I programmed it as a Cisco DVR which my box is. Yours might be different, but to make sure you get the right box programmed, get information off the back of box. Otherwise, do what I did and just refer to front of box near bottom right corner where it may say Cisco and see what Logitech has in their programming software. Surround sound also should work. Logitech website will let you see what works with what remote.
