• Yes, I purchased a pair of the 700's for Christmas and I programmed them both on my Dell that is running Windows10.

• Ummm... I'm going with no! Unless your Windows 10 computer is a multimedia center PC with an infrared receiver (not very common on PCs), then this will most likely not work with your computer. If your Windows 10 computer came with a "TV style" remote control, however, then you should be able to set up the Harmony remote to control it. If you already have the remote, try setting it up to control a Windows computer. The worst thing that can happen is it won't control your computer.

• My guess is that it probably will. I am controlling my remote with a Windows 8.1 device. By the way, I have "upgraded" my device to both the original and "update" versions of Windows 10, and in less than a week, reverted my system back to Windows 8.1
