Not to be considered the final answer, but I do not believe it is possible. I have the hub, this remote, and the hue lights. The only "thing" this remote can do is kick off an activity (eg. watch tv) and control an activity once it has been launched (eg. change the volume/channel). I even tried to create a hue only activity for the hub that I could assign to one of the buttons, but the Harmony iPhone application nor the Windows application would allow me to create an activity with only Hue lights. So, I don't think you can use this remote, or stated better, I tried several ways to get it to work and could not.

Please try again later.I am not sure if this remote itself can control them, but there is a remote very similar to this one from Harmony that does have the controls right on the remote.
