can this remote replace a logitech harmony 650? null

I don't see why not - in fact if you programmed your 650 using the harmony app, you should be able to copy all your programming to the hub as well. The hub is a little better since it has built-in bluetooth so it can control Bluetooth devices like the Amazon Fire TV.

I had an older model harmony remote. This one replaced it with no problems. My harmony login would not work so I had to create new account. Then it allowed me to convert my old account and settings to the new remote. I did not have to reinstall anything. Worked perfect.

Yes it can, but the real reason to use this instead of the 650 is if you want to use bluetooth or the IR blasters.

Not only will it replace your 650, but it does a lot more. If you need more than six activities, you may want to go to the Ultimate. I'm currently using 6 devices, and have 5 activities programmed, and it can still do more.

I got this remote to replace a 650 that I hated, so yes. This remote communicates with the hub over WI fi with the hub placed inside your cabinet.

Absolutely can replace a 650. However if you are a fan of getting deeper into each device menu then you must use the phone app. Otherwise the unit performs great, nothing to mess up.
