That will depend on your fan, but it will work with quite a few different manufacturers, as long as they can be controlled by IR or Bluetooth. Check out this link to find your fan model compatibility. https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility

There’s all kinds of things this thing will control. You can. Hold programs as well so push a button and it kills the lights, controls fan, and everything. Pretty cool when it works.
