Yes, but you have to know the equivalent keys. For example, the Windows key = Command, Alt = Option, and the key positions are different. If you can remember that (or paste labels on the keys) it works just fine.

You must use the macOS Keyboard preference panel to remap the Windows and Alt keys, so Alt is Command, and Windows is Option. Piece of cake. There is, though, no support or alternative to the fn key that I can find. But as a backup keyboard, this one feels quite good.

I'm guessing that you could use a Windows keyboard with a Mac, except that some of the keys will be labeled differently (I'm not sure what the Windows equivalent is for the Open Apple key).
