• No they go off. Caps lock is the only one with a light at all. No other lights.

• Hello, The lights stay on when engaged, unfortunately. If you use Logitech's SetPoint software, you'll be able to get onscreen notifications when those buttons are engaged. Here's a link to the download: https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/mouse/SetPoint6.70.55_64.exe.
