Yes. I use an iMac 27' and Mac mini as well as and iPad with my setup.

Assuming both of your particular macs are compatible with the Bluetooth connections then yes, but not at the same time. You would have to switch back and forth by pressing the corresponding buttons. You wouldn't be able to, for example, be typing on two different computers at the same time.
