Hi Rose, the K380 is a Bluetooth only keyboard. It does not have a cable or USB adaptor to connect to the computer/laptop. I'm sorry that you are locked out of your computer/laptop. You will need to get a wired keyboard or a keyboard with a USB receiver in order to unlock your computer.
