will this work with the surface 10 inch ? null

Only with newer thinner Surfaces. My wife's Surface 3 would not fit in the slot with her glass screen protector.

Surface Pro 3 is too wide to fit in the slot, but it will work if you have a stand to hold the Surface. The slot is 10 5/8 inches long. Measure your tablet to see if it will fit. (Logitech's K780 is wider and will hold any tablet not in a thick case.)

I have 3 different systems that i use with this keyboard. I have android, Mini Ipad, and HP Spectre 360. It works great with all 3 devices, so i believe it will work with that as long as you have bluetooth capabilities on the surface 10. Easy connect and Easy Use device.
