Yes. I downloaded the Logitech keyboard software also that lets you change the function of many keys to something that works better for you!

Sort of. It has a Function (fn) key that has to be held down each time you want to use a key's secondary command (similar to most laptops).

I don't know what an F Lock key is and assume it locks the function keys. I don't see that kind of key, though there is a function (Fn) key at the bottom.
