will this work with a samsung UN40H6350AFXZA null

It works with Samsung TV's, but it will not control the volume if you have a sound bar. It is quick to set up and start using.

It should if it is a SMART TV. If not, use the included unifyer in an available USB port on your tv. Go to Logitech’s web site for assistance with connecting to tv.
