QuestionHave you installed the software yet? It works great and really offers more functions, making the keyboard more enjoyable. Now I know when the Caps Lock key is on! Visit Logitech's website. Excellent keyboard...I just ordered another one here on sale.

- Answer Yes. It's a keyboard, nothing special. So long as you have a USB port available it will connect. This keyboard does not use bluetooth.

QuestionI ordered this keyboard from Amazon (higher price) When I received it I loved it but when I tried to use the Hyphen key it typed a Colon. Has anyone had this problem?

- Answer My hyphen - key works fine. ::: so does the colon. I am using a Logitech K750. Hope that helps.

QuestionCan you change the behavior of the 'fn' key? I have to press the fn key to use a function key. I would like to press the fn key to use the shortcut on the F key.

- Answer That's what the Fn key does. While pressing Fn the F key will perform whatever the blue icon indicates (volume, home, calculator, etc).

- Answer Response time hasn't been much of an issue for me, but make sure the receiver isn't hidden away. It works great in a USB 3.0 hub under my monitor, but occasionally misses characters when it is behind my tower on my desk.

QuestionI bought one of these less than a month ago. woke the system up today and could'nt log on because the keyboard didn't register with the iMac that I use. Now..keep in mind that the reason I bought this unit was because it had a numeric keyboard! no work!!

- Answer There are 2 versions of this keyboard, one for windows and another for Mac ios systems, they are not interchangeable.

- Answer You don't need windows. It charges using regular indoor lighting. There's a button on the keyboard you can press to tell you how good the light is to charge the keyboard. I'm using as standard indoor light and haven't had any lighting issues.
