Does this help someone with essential tremor? null

It does help me and I have tremors.

I aint no doctor, but if you want my opinion, i have shacky hands when i play intense video games, when i bought this (for a different reason) i didnt notice any difference on my hands shacking. TLDR public opinion, no. Doctor opiniom? Please talk to your doctor for advice or what to buy
