I tried to return one of my cameras but was told the serial number did not match the box. I checked all 5 cameras and none of the numbers match the box. Is there something I am missing? I already have 4 and do not need the 5th one, but now i cant return null

Hello Joey,

Sorry to hear you're having issues returning your 5th Circle. The Serial Number in the box is indeed different from the Serial Number in the camera itself; however most of the times you need the information on the Order Number to process a return, not the Serial Number.

Not sure why but when I returned mine it also did not match, I did not have a problem however since I only purchased one...
Don't buy this brand again is the best recommendation.
