You can hook multiple devices up to a single Unified receiver, assuming that is what they use (some model may use something different, so look for the orange logo on the receiver). You can sync/pair devices with your receiver by using the Unifying software from Logitech (http://support.logitech.com/software/unifying).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not think it comes with a unifying reciever but if you find one that comes with the unifying receiver then it will work. I know the M510 and M560 comes with one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not know for sure but I have a logitech K400R keyboard and a M185 mouse that do work off one usb plug.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't believe so. It would have to be a Unified receiver in order to connect other Logitech devices to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All of Logitech's wireless keyboard/mouse combinations use what is called a unifying receiver which connects up to 6 devices at once. This unifying receiver comes installed with the wireless keyboard. Simply using the m185 nano transmitter will only work with one device: the keyboard or the mouse, but not both at the same time. So, in answer to your question: Yes, it will work for just the keyboard (or just the mouse) and No, it won't work for both at the same time.
