• iPad's don't have USB ports so it will not work with it.

• The mouse is compatible with devices that have a USB port built it. There are 2 pieces to this mouse: It comes with the actual mouse piece and it comes with a USB piece to stick into a laptop USB port or a PC hard drive USB port. iPads do not have USB ports as part of the equipment itself (this is not the same thing is as the charging wire/port used to charge the iPad device).
