As long as it has a USB A port any device should be compatible for it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Karla! The M187 Mini Wireless Optical Mouse uses a standard USB-A receiver, and I believe the Surface Go only has a USB-C port, so it wouldn't work with it unfortunately, no. I'd recommend getting a Bluetooth Mouse, like the Pebble M350 in example: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-pebble-m350-bluetooth-optical-mouse-blue-gray/6383731.p?skuId=6383731.
