• As far as I know, yes. The dongle has to be plugged in.

• No , I think the usb must be plug-in , doesn’t give a option to just Bluetooth and if you take usb out the mouse won’t work

• this is not a bluetooth mouse. it is wireless with a dongle that is included. must be plugged in.
