“I bought this mouse from best buy online nano receiver not in package-they just sent me another one same problem am i missing something”

• Mine was inside the battery cover. There is a storage next to the battery for when you are not using it. Hope this helps.

• Have you checked in the battery compartment? There is a storage compartment for the USB receiver.

• would have been nice that they told you the dongle was in the battery compartment to begin with!!!!! Thought I was going to have to return it. Thank goodness this was the first question answered because it hooks up immeditately!
