• Hi Confused, the actual dimensions of the M310 is 4.4 in (111 mm) height, 2.4 in (62 mm) width,1.5 in (39 mm) depth.

• I think it's metric. I bought this one along with another one. It is slightly larger than my other mouse, but works well for a guy's hands.

• Not fir a giant unless you are very Petite. I don’t have big hand but they are not small and it’s very comfortable. I use it daily. Hope the photo helps.
